במקרה זה, סיפורה האישי של המייסדת שלנו הוביל לפריצת דרך.
כבחורה צעירה, היא סבלה משיער דליל, חסר ברק אשר נשבר בקלות. בדומה לנשים רבות שהשיער מהווה עבורן סמל לגאווה וביטחון עצמי, היא פנתה לרפואה הקונבנציונלית בכדי לקבל טיפול.
כאשר דבר לא עזר, הייתה נחושה אף יותר למצוא פיתרון יעיל לשיער פגום ומראה שיער דליל. במהלך החיפוש, נתקלה בנשים אשר כמוה, סבלו מתסמינים זהים וכתוצאה מכך, איכות חייהן נפגמה.
שילוב של מספר צמחים לכדי תערובת ייחודית מגובה בעשור שנים של ניסויים, הובילו אותה לתגלית חייה – פורמולה אחת המאגדת רכיבים מן הטבע לצורך שיפור מראה השיער ועידוד חוזק, ברק ונפח תוך הזנת עור הקרקפת שהוא הבסיס לשיער בריא יותר.
